I am running 1 to 2 marathons/month with leukemia. I would like to share with others how I have been able to do this, how it has impacted my life, what it was like going through chemotherapy, and what it has been like during post-chemotherapy.

Leukemia & Running Marathons
As of August 28, 2011 I have completed 35 marathons in 30 months with chronic lymphocytic leukemia (CLL) and 5 were during chemotherapy. I have visited some great places while running these marathons, places I would not have visited without leukemia. Along the way, I have created a website for the purpose of raising funds for kids with cancer. Thus, in several ways leukemia has been a blessing for me. If you have been diagnosed with CLL or other form of cancer and have questions or want to share your experiences with others, I welcome your comments.
